All new clients of Mother Lode Veterinary Hospital will be required to pay a $65 deposit, by credit or debit card, at the time of booking their first appointment.

This $65 deposit will be applied to your first visit.

In the event of needing to cancel your first appointment with Angels Camp Veterinary Hospital or Mother Lode Veterinary Hospital, we may refund your deposit or reschedule your appointment if given a 24 hours notice.

If our office receives less than 24-hour notice, your deposit will not be refunded and an additional deposit will need to be made to reschedule your appointment.

This policy was established in December 2021 due to multiple new patient cancellations through previous years.
